2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If there is any delay or issue with stock availability, we will notify you immediately by email.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us at post@scandiparty.com with your order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure below.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns in the following cases:

Conditions for Return

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Personalized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are not issued for:

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider.
