The ordering process

  1. Create an account
    Register an account in our online store (only possible with a valid VAT number).

  2. Account activation
    One of our staff will activate your account after a short check. You will receive a confirmation when your account is ready for use.

  3. Add products to cart
    Select the desired products and quantity, and click "Add to Cart". Repeat this for all products you wish to order, and then click "Proceed to Checkout".

  4. Billing address
    Check that the billing address is correct and click "Continue".

  5. Delivery address
    Check that the delivery address is correct and click "Continue".

  6. Payment information
    It says "Invoice" as the default payment method. You will receive the invoice when the order has been shipped from our warehouse. For the first order, we may request prepayment.

  7. Review the order
    Please make sure you have added all desired products to your shopping cart.

  8. Add a comment (optional)
    If you have any questions or additional information you would like to share, please add a comment.

  9. Complete your order
    Check that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions, and complete your order by clicking "Order".

  10. Order confirmation
    You will receive a confirmation email, followed by a final order confirmation with information about product availability and delivery.
